高效液相色谱法考察丹参配方颗粒的质量(英文)

摘要
目的:采用高效液相法同时测定丹参配方颗粒中的酚酸类和丹参酮类成分,以评价不同厂家的丹参配方颗粒剂的质量。方法:色谱分析采用Waters SymmetryShield RP18(2.1mm×100mm,3.5μm)柱,0.1%甲酸和乙腈梯度洗脱,测定了13个厂家的15批次丹参配方颗粒中的5种酚酸类化合物和3种丹参酮类化合物。结果:不同厂家的产品质量差异很大,主要成分的含量等于或低于等量药材的含量,与所标示的浓缩倍数不符。结论:生产工艺的不同是导致丹参配方颗粒剂的质量差异的重要因素,因此需要建立完善的质量控制方法和合理的质量标准,作为改进生产工艺,提高产品质量的指标。
