几种变反射率腔镜边界衍射光场强度的理论分析与比较

摘要
根据边界衍射波理论,对反射率呈高斯类函数(n= 2)、抛物类函数(n= 1, 2)以及线性坡度递减分布的腔镜的边界衍射光场作了分析和比较,结果表明了反射率呈高斯类函数分布的腔镜能更有效地减弱边界衍射光场,获得高质量的准几何光学近似的基模光场.
