摘要：

从Web2.0的基本特征出发,构筑基于Web2.0的知识共享系统模型(KSSBW)。对知识共享系统的具体实现过程进行深入分析,并提出后续研究内容和方向。该研究对提升组织以及内部个体成员的知识创新能力与核心竞争力具有重要的指导意义。
