水分胁迫对不同抗旱性玉米幼苗叶片蛋白质的影响

摘要
在水分胁迫及复水条件下 ,选用抗旱性较弱的丹玉13号和抗旱性较强的掖单13号玉米品种幼苗为试材 ,研究了玉米叶片蛋白质的变化规律和抗旱性的关系。结果表明 ,可溶性蛋白含量随水分胁迫加强而下降。水分胁迫可引起蛋白质合成的变化并产生干旱诱导蛋白 ,抗旱性弱的品种诱导蛋白产生早于抗旱性强的品种。
