摘要：

如何推动跨组织间异质性资源共享,提高技术创新网络跨组织资源共享绩效成为创新管理中的重要议题。通过对湖北、湖南、江西、山东和上海等省市的问卷调查,分析了我国技术创新网络跨组织间资源共享的意愿、共享决策行为与共享绩效考核等状况,提出了提高关键创新资源共享度、重视共享过程管理、完善共享制度与环境、建立共享绩效考核体系等相关建议。
