摘要：

The author provides an objective and comprehensive assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of theories of constitution of crime in China and in other countries, especially countries with continental law system. He reminds scholars doing research on the theory of constitution of crime to understand and deal with some of the important relations and issues in the construction of the system of constitution of crime.
