摘要：
The author holds no matter how we understand the meaning of qualities-oriented education, we must grasp the central link, namely, scientific knowledge education. Only by doing so,can our educational modernization level and the qualities of students be better. Our persistent task is to improve the quality of education,teachers and weak school. We must engage in educational research with the good style' of study.
