Political philosophy is the reflection of politics. It discusses social and political problems philosophically, and pursues an ultimate explanation for them. The dominant methodology of natural scientific research in every academic field since 19 th century leads to the crisis of political philosophy for losing its knowledge validity. Since 20 th century, political philosophy becomes an increasingly important field in philosophical study. Modern political philosophy is a typical form of modern philosophy by inquiry into the radical problems of philosophy and the crises of modern philosophy.
