近年来随着 Cbfa1基因的克隆及其功能的阐明 ,人们对成骨分化的分子机制有了初步了解。基因敲除、基因突变等方法证实 Cbfa1作为成骨分化的特异性转录因子 ,对成骨细胞分化、骨的发育和形成具有关键作用
