摘要：
Polysaccharides extracted from Sargassum henslowianum is a water soluble, sulphated polysaccharides. The sugar content of sargassam is 31.5 %, and the SO 2- 4 content is 15.79 %. This result showes that sargassam has obvious antitumor effect on EAC and S180 of mouse, the inhibition ratios are 33.07 % and 30.27 % respectively.
