网络结构与企业竞争优势——基于知识转移能力的调节效应

摘要：

企业嵌入于网络,网络结构特征影响企业竞争优势的建立,同时受到企业知识转移能力的影响。构建网络结构特征、知识转移能力和企业竞争优势的理论模型,检验网络稳定性、网络中心位置和联系强度与企业竞争优势的关系,以及知识转移能力的调节作用。基于164份问卷数据研究,结果表明,网络稳定性正向影响企业竞争优势,联系强度与企业竞争优势是一种U型关系。吸收能力正向调节网络稳定性、网络中心性与企业竞争优势的关系。扩散能力增强网络中心性对企业竞争优势的正向影响,而减弱网络稳定性对企业竞争优势的积极影响。
