菌阴肺结核患者血清SP-A检测及其相关因素分析

摘要：

目的探讨肺泡表面活性物质相关蛋白A(SP-A)水平改变对菌阴肺结核的诊断价值。方法采用ELISA法检测51例菌阴肺结核患者(观察组)、85例健康人(对照组)血清SP-A水平,并对观察组血清SP-A水平与其他指标(性别、年龄、PPD试验、结核抗体、血沉、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例、淋巴细胞比例、胸部CT等)行Spearm an秩相关性分析。结果观察组SP-A水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SP-A水平与PPD、结核抗体、血沉、淋巴细胞、中性细胞等均无相关性。结论血清SP-A可作为反映肺泡毛细血管膜屏障功能损伤情况早期而敏感的外周血标志物,检测其水平有助于菌阴肺结核的诊断。
