摘要：

自体脂肪作为理想的软组织填充材料,在整形美容及缺损修复领域应用已久。目前,自体脂肪移植已成为应用最为广泛的整形美容和修复重建技术之一。在应用过程中,提高移植的成活率是重点研究的问题。脂肪注射作为脂肪移植过程的重要一步,其应用方法直接影响移植脂肪的成活率。众多学者研发了一系列脂肪注射移植方法,以期提高移植后脂肪的成活率。现就自体脂肪移植注射方法的进展作一综述。
