摘要：

知识经济时代信息技术发展为企业"更开放、更简单、更低成本"地实施科技创新战略注入了新动力,并对科技创新的实现途径和管理过程产生着越来越深刻的影响。从网络众包案例分析入手,以创新目标、过程和动机等分析角度梳理了"合作型和竞争型"两类网络众包创新模式的主要特征;并从技术解决方案和配套管理机制两个方面探索了我国企业构建网络众包创新体系的实现路径。文章的研究内容对于企业拓展创新发展思路,提高创新国际化和网络化水平,提振自主创新能力,具有积极参考意义。
