摘要：

累及脑桥腹侧表面的旁正中梗死主要是由基底穿支动脉起始部闭塞引起的,属于基底动脉穿支病。由于脑桥旁正中梗死在临床中较为常见,且在急性期常有进展加重或波动的临床特点,本文就其病因、发病机制、临床表现及治疗的研究进展做一综述。
