血管内皮生长因子与转化生长因子β在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其相关性

摘要
目的 研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)与转化生长因子 β(TGFβ)在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其相关性。方法 应用SP免疫组化方法研究VEGF和TGFβ1在 5 0例非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的表达。结果 VEGF阳性显色主要分布于癌细胞的胞浆内 ,表达率为 66% ,其表达与NSCLC的病期进展、淋巴结转移有关 ;TGFβ1阳性表达主要分布于癌细胞的胞浆内 ,细胞核内无表达 ,表达率为 60 % ,其表达与NSCLC的病期进展、淋巴结转移有关 ,且两者表达在癌组织与癌旁组织之间均有显著性统计学意义。 3 3例VEGF阳性表达标本中 ,单纯VEGF表达阳性者 ( 9/3 3 )明显低于VEGF与TGFβ1同时表达阳性者 ( 2 4/3 3 ) ;3 0例TGFβ1表达阳性者中 ,单纯TGFβ1表达阳性 ( 6/3 0 )也明显低于二者均阳性表达者 ( 2 4/3 0 ) ,VEGF与TGFβ1表达之间存在正相关关系 (r =0 .3 62 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 VEGF和TGFβ1在NSCLC均有较好的表达。TGFβ1通过对VEGF表达的正向调控协同促进了NSCLC的病期进展和淋巴结转移
