摘要：

目的综述新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)发病、死亡的性别差异及其可能原因。方法检索万方、知网、PubMed、medRxiv等中英文数据库,搜集COVID-19疫情发生以来至2020年5月25日间发表的COVID-19相关研究文献。结果 COVID-19患者中男性发病比例高于女性,且男性更易发展为重症或死亡。免疫反应差异、ACE2受体表达和吸烟等行为因素可能与此有关。结论探讨疾病性别差异可以为采取更有效的公共卫生措施提供参考。
