钴对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗叶片的保护作用及其机理

摘要
报道了钴对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗叶片多胺含量、活性氧水平、抗氧化酶活性及细胞膜透性的影响,揭示了钴对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗叶片的保护作用及机制.结果表明,CoCl2(30μmol·L-1)可以显著抑制干旱胁迫下乙烯的产生.在干旱胁迫0~12d,CoCl2对叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和叶绿素含量无显著影响.当干旱胁迫持续15~21d,CoCl2显著抑制叶片多胺氧化酶及二胺氧化酶活性的提高,使腐胺、精胺和亚精胺含量的下降幅度减小.CoCl2显著提高了抗氧化酶的活力,有效抑制了胁迫后期(15~21d)MDA含量的增加,减轻了叶绿素含量和细胞膜稳定指数的下降.可以认为,当大豆幼苗叶片由于持续干旱而遭受较为严重的细胞伤害时,CoCl2通过抑制乙烯产生、抑制多胺含量下降以及提高抗氧化酶的活性,缓解了活性氧的累积和细胞膜透性的破坏,对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗叶片具有一定的保护作用.
