胸水CEA、CA125和CYFRA21-1检测对肺癌胸膜转移的诊断价值

摘要：

目的探讨胸水中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)检测对肺癌胸膜转移的诊断价值。方法采用放射免疫分析法对48例肺癌患者胸水、血清及35例非肺癌患者胸水进行了免疫蛋白定量分析。结果肺癌组胸水中3项指标水平均明显高于非肺癌组水平(P<0.01);肺癌组胸水中3项指标水平明显高于血清中水平(P<0.01);CEA、CA125及CYFRA21-1联合检测其敏感性和特异性高达96.01%和96.11%。结论胸水CEA、CA125和CYFRA21-1检测对肺癌胸膜转移诊断具有重要临床意义。
