摘要：

本文介绍了心肺运动试验(CPET)评估麻醉手术危险性常用指标峰值摄氧量和无氧阈,叙述了CPET对麻醉手术危险性评估的临床应用,可指导手术进程、患者管理和术后转归,说明CPET是一种体现人体心肺代谢等功能的整体性检查方法,可以反映出从心肺到骨骼、肌肉的整体氧运输代谢的过程,是常规静态心肺功能检查的必要补充。
