中药有效成分及其配伍对实验性类风湿关节炎治疗作用的研究进展

摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种全身性自身免疫性疾病,为难治性疾病之一,中药及其有效成分治疗RA具有疗效确切、不良反应少的优势,近年来,国内外针对中药有效成分及有效成分配伍抗RA进行了大量的实验和临床研究工作,很多中药的活性成分及其作用机制逐步阐明,开发出以青藤碱注射液、雷公藤多苷片和白芍总苷片为主的靶点明确、疗效确切的中药治疗药物,具有良好的应用发展前景。动物模型在认识RA的病因和发病机制中起重要作用,在多种评价抗RA药物作用的动物模型中,作者认为应用Ⅱ型胶原蛋白混合弗氏佐剂诱导的胶原诱导性关节炎(collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)模型是目前公认的筛选和研究治疗RA药物的理想模型。故文章对中药有效成分治疗以CIA为代表的RA实验模型的基础研究进展进行综合评述,并对研究中存在的问题和今后的发展趋势进行探讨。
