摘要：

<正>降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)是降钙素(calcitonin)的前体。生理情况下,PCT由甲状腺C细胞合成,血浆浓度很低(<0.1μg/L)。细菌感染时,作为系统性炎性反应的一部分,甲状腺外的神经内分泌细胞合成PCT明显增多[1-5]。PCT具有激素和细胞因子的双重特性,被称为是一种激素因子(hormonkine)[2-3]。PCT水平不受肾上腺皮质激素和免疫抑制剂的影响[6-7]。近年来,对血PCT和感染的关系进行了深入研究。在病毒感染、自身免疫
