摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要慢性并发症之一,是终末期肾病发生的主要原因。理想的糖尿病肾病动物模型对阐明其发病机制、更新临床防治策略具有重要意义。目前使用的糖尿病肾病动物模型主要包括诱发性、自发性和基因修饰糖尿病肾病模型等。本文就目前较常用的糖尿病肾病动物模型作一综述。
