摘要：

急性脑梗死的临床研究为脑梗死临床治疗和预后等提供了理论依据 ,但近年来关于脑梗死治疗研究中存在许多缺陷 ,导致研究结果偏离实际。文中对研究对象和对照药物选择、神经功能评估量表及评估中的缺陷进行了探讨 ,并提出较为合理的建议。
