一株高效溶磷小麦内生菌的筛选与鉴定

从小麦根、茎、叶分离出21株溶磷微生物,筛选出溶磷能力最强的菌株JG-22,经形态特征、生理生化分析及16S rDNA序列分析,确定其为土壤芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus agri strain).研究表明,JG-22对Ca3(PO4)2溶解能力最强;pH值对菌株JG-22溶磷效果影响最明显,在34~36℃和弱碱性环境下,溶磷效果较好;培养72 h后增加培养时间对有效磷的增量影响不大;Ca3(PO4)2含量在5 g/L以上时加大其含量对有效磷的增量几乎无影响.
