信任对管理团队决策过程和结果影响实证研究

摘要
在回顾国外组织信任与团队冲突的文献基础上,提出研究假设,认为团队信任对团队决策绩效有正效应,对团队内的任务冲突和关系冲突具有直接的负效应,而且还具有减弱两种冲突正相关关系的作用。通过对156名企业管理人员的问卷调查和统计分析,验证了理论假设。
