阿片类药物诱导痛觉过敏的研究进展

摘要
阿片类药物能促使中枢敏化及诱导痛觉过敏,称为阿片类药物诱导的痛觉过敏(Opioid-inducedhyperalgesia,OIH),此现象已经被大量临床观察和基础研究所证实。近年来,关于OIH产生机制的研究正在成为麻醉和疼痛治疗领域的热点。目前,关于OIH产生机制的研究主要集中在中枢谷氨酰能系统活性增强、内源性神经肽的作用、脊髓下行易化作用等方面。本文就OIH的发生机制、评估与治疗等方面的进展进行综述。
