摘要：

目的探讨应用中国韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-CR)评价托吡酯与丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者认知功能的损害。方法 30例未经治疗的癫痫患者随机分为两组:托吡酯治疗组及丙戊酸钠治疗组(各15例)。所有患者在入组前及入组后3个月进行WAIS-CR问卷调查。结果托吡酯治疗组治疗前、后智力测定平均总IQ为(90.40±4.84)、(81.00±6.61)(P<0.05);丙戊酸钠治疗组治疗前、后智力测定平均总IQ分值为(88.33±4.70)、(87.40±5.34)(P>0.05)。结论托吡酯在用药早期影响癫痫患者的认知功能,使患者的总智商(FIQ)下降。
