摘要：

<正>腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)目前被广泛应用到胆囊疾病的外科治疗当中,具有创伤小、痛苦少、术后恢复快等优点,尤其适合合并有其他系统疾病的老年人〔1〕。然而老年病人器官功能存储下降、其他系统疾病频繁出现、慢性和复杂的胆道疾病如急性胆囊炎、急性胆源性胰腺炎等的并存,都对治疗效果产生不利的影响。如何最大限度地减少这种影响,是目前研究的热点。本研究的目的在于评价LC应用于老年患者的效果,探讨如何通过准确的预测和围术期正确处理提高LC对于老年病人
