阿托伐他汀在脑梗死患者中的作用

摘要：

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片在脑梗死患者中的作用。方法 102例住院的急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,每组51例,两组均给予急性脑梗死的标准治疗,他汀组在标准治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙片,分别观察两组在治疗后,脑梗死再发情况。结果在标准治疗完成后6个月,两组脑梗死再发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗完成随访2年时间,两组患者脑梗死再发生数相比较有统计学意义(χ2=4.99,P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片具有改善微循环的作用,还能调控血脂,不仅对心血管系统有保护作用,还有减少脑梗死再发生的作用。
