<正>幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是全球最常见的感染源之一,目前普遍认为Hp与慢性活动性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃黏膜相关性淋巴样组织淋巴瘤及胃癌相关。近年来,Hp的根除失败率逐渐上升,寻求新的根除策略迫在眉睫。针对Hp耐药性不断增加,一线方案根除率不断下降的现状,本研究借鉴国外先进治疗理念,提出新的采用根除Hp一线用药
