病理性口臭的非口源性病因

摘要
病理性非口源性口臭可分为非血液运输型口臭和血液运输型口臭。前者可由呼吸道疾病或上消化道疾病引起,后者可由肝病、胱氨酸病、三甲胺尿症等系统疾病引起。呼吸中的挥发性有机化合物是导致口臭的主要原因,同时又在一定程度上反应了机体的各种疾病状态。本文就各非口源性疾病产生口臭的机制作一综述。
