前列腺癌骨转移的治疗进展及疗效评价

摘要
前列腺癌骨转移在临床中十分常见。伴随骨转移而来的骨痛、病理性骨折和转移性硬膜外脊髓压迫等并发症严重影响着前列腺癌患者的生活质量,缩短患者的总体生存期,增加患者的经济负担。因此,唯有切实有效的全身治疗联合针对性的抗骨转移治疗才能减少上述并发症的发生,从而延长患者的总体生存期。目前,针对前列腺癌骨转移的治疗方式多种多样,但对于前列腺癌单纯骨转移患者治疗后的疗效评价尚无统一的标准。为了更加方便地选择最佳的治疗方案,以及准确地进行疗效评价以及时调整治疗方案,本文就目前前列腺癌骨转移的常用治疗方式、最新研究成果和主流的疗效评价标准进行综述。
