员工隐性知识流的价值增值研究

摘要
员工隐性知识的流动即是知识创造的起点,又是知识存量增长和知识价值实现的重要途径。笔者指出员工隐性知识流具有路径依赖性和进化性特征,以知识流在员工与各层次主体的流动过程为视角,研究员工隐性知识流增值的作用机理,进而探索价值增值路径与方式,并在此基础上构建员工隐性知识价值增值阶梯模型,为有效决策和成功实施知识管理提供依据。
