从技术资本的相关概念、生成机制、财务运营以及贡献4个方面对已有的技术资本经典文献进行系统评述,并尝试构建技术资本的整合研究框架。最后,基于现有研究存在的不足,对未来研究方向作展望,为进一步的理论探索提供参考。
