从研发—营销的整合到技术创新——市场创新的协同

摘要
本文的写作构思来源于对海尔案例的思考,通过对比海尔和清华同方的创新管理经验发现海尔的创新实际上存在很大的问题。在通过文献研究、案例研究之后,本文提出要平衡短期竞争优势和长期能力发展、价值创造和价值增加、市场创新和技术创新,企业的经营方式或者说创新方式必须从传统的职能整合发展到创新协同。
