摘要：

<正>目前,国内缺血性脑卒中诊治及预防指南,对于抗凝剂在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用,主要有以下建议:(1)建议在急性缺血性脑卒中并发症深静脉血栓形成和肺栓塞的防治方面,应用低分子肝素或普通肝素;(2)提及凝血酶抑制剂(如阿加曲班)等新型抗凝剂在急性缺血性脑卒中的应用;(3)推荐华法林用于非瓣膜性心房颤动患者心源性脑栓塞的预防。近年来研发出很多新型抗凝剂,我们拟对新型抗凝剂在缺血性脑卒中的应用进展进行综述。
