教师教练式职后培训效果的元分析研究

教师承担着向下一代传播知识、思想和真理的重要责任,教师队伍建设对社会发展和教育品质提升的重要性不言而喻。作为教师质量提升的关键一环,目前有关职后教师培训有效性的证据还较有限,特别是对国际新兴培训模式如教师教练式培训等的实证研究不足。为此,本文依据国际上现有教师教练式培训的随机干预实验实证结果,运用元分析量化统计方法评估其对教学的影响。稳健方差估计模型结论发现,教师教练式培训能够分别提高参训教师教学水平0.51个标准差,参训教师班级内的学生学习成绩0.08个标准差,这相当于每学年为学生带来额外3个月的学习效果量。本文据此为我国新时代教师队伍建设与职后培训总结提出重要镜鉴与启示。
