专利技术许可对企业创新产出的影响研究——三种邻近性的调节作用

摘要：

本文采用2000-2010年中国企业的专利技术许可和专利申请数据,研究专利技术许可对企业创新产出的影响,并考察三种邻近性对二者关系的调节作用。结果表明:专利技术许可对企业创新产出具有显著的促进作用,而这种作用关系受到不同邻近性的调节。其中,技术邻近负向调节专利技术许可与企业创新产出的关系,组织邻近正向调节专利技术许可与企业创新产出的关系,地理邻近的调节作用则不显著。
