摘要：

本文探讨了黄芪治疗慢性肾脏病的作用机制,主要包括调节免疫,抗炎;减少蛋白尿;降低高脂血症;利尿排钠,调节电解质紊乱;延缓肾纤维化;抗氧化,抗凋亡等,并且阐述了肾脏细胞衰老可能与细胞内氧自由基、细胞端粒长度及酶活性、衰老相关的p16基因等有关。通过黄芪治疗慢性肾脏病的机制及其延缓细胞衰老的作用,提示黄芪是有望成为延缓肾脏细胞衰老的中药。
