<正>α1-微球蛋白（α1-microglobulin,α1-M）也叫人复合糖蛋白（human complex-glycoproteinprotein HC）,是一种低分子量糖蛋白,由一条含183个氨基酸残基多肽链组成,分子量约2～3.3万.70年代初由Ekstr（?）m首先从镉中毒患者的尿液中分离、纯化,电泳时位于α1区带,故而得名.
