摘要
以银行个人理财服务为研究背景,在文献回顾的基础上对银行理财服务创新中的顾客参与进行研究。探讨银行理财顾客的感知利益与感知风险对于感知价值及顾客参与服务创新的影响作用。感知价值对于顾客参与服务创新及顾客满意的影响作用。顾客参与服务创新对于顾客满意的影响作用。以及感知关系质量对于顾客参与服务创新与顾客满意影响关系的调节作用。并据此构建出"银行理财服务创新的顾客参与模型"。以期为银行理财服务创新的理论研究及实践提供有效的指导与借鉴。
