摘要：

<正>膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)也称为退行性膝关节炎,是一种临床综合征[1]。据美国一项调查报告显示,成人症状性膝骨关节炎年发病率为0.2%[2],而国内报道膝骨关节炎的患病率5.6%—74.8%。临床上患者主要表现为膝关节疼痛、肿大变形、僵硬、压痛、骨摩擦音、活动受限等[2—4]。
