骨钙素的能量代谢调节作用

摘要
成骨细胞分泌的骨钙素是反映成骨细胞活性的敏感而特异的指标。近年的研究还发现,骨钙素是骨骼内分泌功能的重要媒介。羧化不全骨钙素可以促进胰岛β细胞增殖和胰岛素分泌,降低血糖和血脂水平,表明骨钙素对能量代谢具有重要的调控作用,这一发现将为肥胖症和糖尿病等代谢性疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
