摘要：

用硝酸银染色技术制备联会复合体标本片 ,取动物睾丸精母细胞用微铺展技术制成细胞片 ,利用本室改进的硝酸银染色技术进行染色 ,镜下观察联会复合体着色清晰 ,效果稳定 ,不易褪色 ,用于生物实验教学和科研取得良好效果。
