<正>我国已批准用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的核苷(酸)类药物包括拉米夫定(LMV)、阿德福韦酯(ADV)、恩替卡韦(ETV)、替比夫定(LdT)等。核苷(酸)类药物通过抑制HBV复制,不仅能延缓和逆转肝纤维化,防止和减少肝硬化、肝癌
