摘要：

特朗普政府对美国的FTA政策进行了重大调整,以单边主义贸易政策为手段,主要通过双边谈判重建美国的FTA,政策重点由多边主义转向双边主义。美国FTA政策的调整将重构国际贸易体系,形成以美国为首、发达国家主导的FTA新格局,WTO的地位和作用将进一步下降。中国面临前所未有的挑战。从根本上看,中国国内坚持和加快推行市场化改革和加快更高水平的对外开放,是中国应对美国FTA政策调整及其对WTO和国际贸易体系产生重大影响的最基本保障。
