人工膝关节单髁关节置换术研究进展

摘要：

单髁关节置换术治疗单间室骨关节炎近些年取得很大进展,引起越来越多的关注。文中综述了近年来最新的研究进展。研究表明经严格的病例选择,单髁关节置换术10年生存率达95%左右。术后关节功能好,并发症少,具有损伤小、恢复快、费用低、保存骨量等优点,是治疗单间室关节炎值得考虑的手术选择。
