摘要：

目的探讨肿瘤日间病房的运行模式,解决患者住院难、住院贵的问题。方法 2012年6月—2013年9月新疆医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤中心日间病房经肿瘤专科医师评估后收治具有适应证的1 216人,均接受规范化治疗。结果平均住院天数为3.89d,放化疗率为42.5%,患者得到及时治疗。其中发生急性并发症6例,经及时、积极地处理得到了有效控制。结论肿瘤日间病房可缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,方便肿瘤患者就医,有望在新疆地区成为一种新型的、有效的医疗模式。
