摘要：

左西孟旦是一种新型钙离子增敏剂,除正性肌力作用,还具有扩血管、拮抗神经内分泌、抗炎、抗凋亡、改善微血管灌注作用,通过多种途径改善患者临床症状及远期预后,且不良反应较少,有望成为心力衰竭药物治疗的重要组成部分。本文对其作用机制及临床研究进展进行综述。
